Hello! I'm Bailey, a passionate pastry assistant and the proud owner of Bailey’s Bites. My love for baking began at a young age, growing up in a family where we frequently baked for friends, family, coworkers, and ourselves. However, my true start in the professional baking world came in 2018 when I had the incredible opportunity to bake desserts for Smokejack BBQ, a local barbecue restaurant. This experience ignited a passion within me that has only grown over the years.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working at multiple bakeries around the Atlanta area, honing my skills and expanding my expertise. In May 2023, I earned my ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification, helping me uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality in my baking both at work and at home.

In 2020, my love for decorating and creating custom cakes led me to start my own baking business. One of my proudest moments was raising $500 through an online bake sale for Bakers Against Racism, with all proceeds donated to the Atlanta Solidarity Fund. This success not only boosted my confidence but also helped kickstart my business.

In my time of running my own business, I've had the pleasure of creating multiple wedding cakes, wedding cupcakes, custom cakes, cookies, brownies, and more. I thrive on baking challenges and am always eager to try new recipes and experiment with different techniques!
