How do I place an order?

Thank you for choosing us to help celebrate your special occasion! To place your order, please start by filling out our order inquiry form through our website. After receiving your information, we will look over the details and reach out to you directly. Please note that submitting the inquiry form does not confirm your order. Due to high demand and our commitment to quality, we cannot always ensure we have availability for your order. However, we will reach out as soon as possible with confirmation for every order we are equipped to execute to our highest standards!

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery within a 15 mile radius of Alpharetta, Ga. We may be able to accommodate locations beyond that radius with an additional fee. Please include your desired drop off location in your inquiry form and we will include that in your quote!

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

We offer a range of products that cater to different dietary needs. However, as our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of these ingredients.

Can I place an order for pick-up?

Yes, please specify when you will need to pick-up on your inquiry form. After order confirmation, we'll have your order ready at our bakery at the specified time.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 days in advance. For large orders and custom cakes, please place your order at least one week in advance.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate custom orders. Please fill out our order inquiry form with as many details as possible. We will reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns after review. Any and all reference photos are greatly appreciated!

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
